It is that artistic time of year again in the city of Trenton.
Today, Saturday, June 19, 2021, starting at 3:00 p.m., Artworks of Trenton is celebrating its 15th annual Art All Night event. In adjustment to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s 24-hour get together will be held in an online and remote fashion for the second year in a row.
From the comfort of your own home, artists and creators alike can watch one of the most anticipated parts of the annual festival, a live art stream. This live broadcast allows viewers to see art come to life as painters, sculptors and more produce work in the Art All Night 2021 studio.
Just like every other year, Art All Night 2021 will also provide the live, local music. The event will feature socially distant, live performances, streaming performances from individual performers, and a few other surprises in store.
Each and every year, Art All Night invites hundreds of film makers from around the globe to participate in our International Film Festival. In 2021’s remote platform, there’s no difference. In fact, Art All Night is as robust and diverse as ever, accepting films and shorts from dozens of countries and more than 100 filmmakers to create this international celebration of art and film.
The busy event will be filled with community building discussions and panels to encourage social networking between the creative people Trenton who have a passion for using the medium of art to strengthen the city. ArtWorks is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the Trenton community for nearly 30 years. Hundreds of Art All Night-Trenton volunteers help to recruit artists, attract patrons, prepare the venue, assist with the registration and hanging of artwork, provide refreshments, direct traffic, clean-up, and much, much more. Live music throughout the event is also donated by some of the area’s finest performers!
The work of community volunteers is generously supported by a range of supporters and donors. Art All Night-Trenton is also supported by the strictly voluntary donations of guests, whose support is critical to the success of this event.
