Origami is a centuries-old art form characterized by intricate folds and fantastic colors. Artworks are inviting you to come into the fold for their upcoming origami night!
On Wednesday, March 8th, Artworks will host an origami night taught by Kanon Shambora. From 7:00-9:00 pm, guests will be taught the ins and outs of making their own fantastic paper creations. By the conclusion of the course, guests will know how to make a paper crane and create a hangable beaded “crane chain” to show off their new skills. The class is $30 per person. Kanon Shambora, a multi-disciplinary artist based in New Jersey, teaches this course. Kanon comes to the workshop with extensive experience, having spent the last several years teaching and developing curricula for artists of all experience levels.
