The City of Trenton Administration will officially launch the Trenton Citi-Stat Initiative on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in the Trenton City Hall Council Chambers located at 319 E. State St., Trenton, NJ.
The Trenton Citi-Stat Initiative is a performance-based management system designed to improve government efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
Through regular review meetings, collaborative problem-solving, and a focus on measurable results, Citi-Stat will help city departments work more effectively and ensure that Trenton residents receive higher-quality public services.
The objectives of the Trenton Citi-Stat Initiative are to strengthen government accountability, improve efficiency in city operations, enhance public service delivery, optimize the use of city resources, encourage collaboration and problem-solving, and increase resident engagement, trust, and transparency.
While the program will be available via Zoom, only those attending the meeting in person will be permitted to speak.
This initiative will allow residents to directly interact with city directors and their representatives by providing a platform where they can voice their concerns, share feedback, and collaborate on key decisions affecting their neighborhoods.
