While many know the Trenton Starbucks Community Store as the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee, it is also the perfect place to kick off you elegant Saturday evening with their weekly open mic nights every Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The open mic is for all styles of music and spoken word performances, including poetry, comedy, and storytelling. Most of what you’ll hear are original songs on acoustic instruments, but they warmly welcome whatever you have to offer.
No advance registration by phone is permitted, but you can sign up in person. Excessive profanity and vulgarity are strongly discouraged and it is up to the discretion of the host to determine if a performance is inappropriate for Starbucks Trenton Community Store.
