This performance is a part of the CPNJ’s exhilarating series of chamber concerts. In addition to their standard calendar of performances, the CPNJ has devised a series of chamber concerts to allow their musicians to perform a wider variety of genres. The selections featured in the chamber concerts have been selected directly from the CPNJ musicians, giving them a chance to show off a more expansive repertoire. These shows are typically 60-75 minutes and provide an opportunity for musical exploration for listeners and musicians alike.

The Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey is a cornerstone arts institution in Trenton and beyond. Recognizing the gap and the need for a classical orchestra in the Capital City, CPNJ was formed to provide Trenton residents and beyond access to world-class musical performances. Since 2013, the CPNJ has been delighting audiences with classical concerts, community engagement, and more. Per their mission, the CPNJ seeks “to change lives and enhance the quality of life by providing Trenton and its surrounding communities with a locally-based high-quality professional symphony orchestra.” This mission continues to forge ahead every day.
