On Saturday, May 18th, the New Jersey State Museum invites you to a morning of educational and engaging fun. Activities will be taking place from 10am to 2pm at the New Jersey State Museum campus, located in Downtown Trenton at 205 W State St, Trenton, NJ 08608. Throughout the morning, little learners will have the opportunity to enjoy hands-on activities designed to foster an interest in and appreciate for biology and ecosystems. This event is best-suited for students in elementary and middle school; that said, this is a family-friendly event, so guests of all ages are invited to participate in the day’s activities. Throughout the morning, students from The Lawrenceville School will be taking participants on an engaging journey through the ecosystems of the earth we call home.

Throughout the day, the museum has carefully curated a full calendar of hands-on activities and take-home resources to help inspire newfound discoveries for budding biologists. While exploring the natural wonders all around us, attendees will have the opportunity to speak to knowledgable students regarding any questions they may have. From the profound wonders of the ocean’s depths to the connections between modern fish and prehistoric giants, this afternoon of activities will enlighten guests young and old on the remarkable and intricate ecosystems and environments which have synthesized the natural world around us.
