Twenty-five of Visionary Philanthropy Group’s most dedicated high school students are preparing for an unparalleled opportunity an exclusive, hands-on Hackathon at Microsoft Headquarters in Burlington, MA, on March 22, 2025. This initiative, a partnership between Visionary Philanthropy Group Inc. (VPG) and Divergent Teams, is more than just a competition; it is a gateway to innovation, career advancement, and life-changing mentorship for students from Trenton, NJ.

These young visionaries will immerse themselves in a day of cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and problem-solving, tackling global challenges in sustainability, health & wellness, and general innovation. Throughout the event, they will receive mentorship from top industry leaders, participate in dynamic workshops, and present their groundbreaking ideas before a panel of elite judges.

The journey begins on March 21 at 5:30 PM, when students and chaperones will depart from St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 140 N. Warren St., Trenton, NJ, via a chartered bus to Boston. Their overnight stay at a Boston hotel will ensure they are well-rested and prepared for a high-impact day at Microsoft’s state-of-the-art facility. The Hackathon runs from 8 AM to 5 PM on March 22, followed by a return trip to Trenton at 6 PM.
