Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County is proud to announce that our Chief Executive Officer, Reginald J. Coleman, has been named CEO of the Year by the Boys & Girls Clubs New Jersey Area Council.
This prestigious honor recognizes outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to advancing the Boys & Girls Club Movement and improving the lives of youth.
Under Coleman’s leadership, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County serves over 600 youth daily through after-school, teen, and weekend programs across multiple sites in Trenton, Lawrence, and Ewing. His dedication to providing safe spaces, academic support, and life-enriching opportunities has solidified the Club as a cornerstone of the community.
“Reggie’s vision, passion, and tireless commitment to our mission have inspired staff, members, and supporters alike,” said Michael Ruger, Board Chair. “This recognition is a testament to his leadership and the positive difference he continues to make in the lives of young people.”
