If you’re looking to make a difference this holiday season, consider donating to Mercer County’s Toys for Tots drive.
Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes and the Mercer County Park Commission invite residents, businesses, and civic organizations to participate in the county’s annual toy drive. Each year, the county collects dozens of new and unwrapped toys to help brighten the holiday season for a child in need. Through your donation, a child who may not otherwise have the opportunity will be able to experience the magic of the holidays. Mercer County has set up a variety of convenient drop-off locations for donations, including:
- McDade Admin Building: 640 So. Broad St., Trenton, NJ
- Park Commission: 197 Blackwell Rd., Hopewell, NJ
- Ice Skating, Tennis Center, and Park Ranger HQ: 334 So. Post Rd., West Windsor, NJ
- Stables/Equestrian Center: 431 Federal City Rd., Pennington, NJ
- Wildlife Center: 1750 River Rd., Titusville, NJ
- Mercer Oaks Golf Course: 725 Village Rd. West, West Windsor, NJ

The items donated will be benefitting Toys for Tots, a national non-profit run by the United States Marine Corps. Toys for Tots’ mission is to bring joy to kids and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children. Toys for Tots has been collecting since its foundation in 1947 and to date, they’ve collected well over 550,000,000 toys that have been distributed to millions of children all across the country. As of the 2022 holiday season, Toys for Tots is officially celebrating its 75th anniversary. Be sure to help make this the best year yet by donating to help a child in need.
