As a child, there were few moments more magical than the sweet anticipation of winter break. With class out of session and holidays just waiting to be enjoyed, there is much to celebrate during this heartwarming time of year. While many of our families are typically busy with work, school, and countless extracurricular activities, during the holiday season, we are given the rare opportunity to slow down, connect with friends and loved ones, and cherish this special time together. If you’re looking to make magical memories with those you hold dear this holiday season, look no further than the New Jersey State Museum for family-friendly fun for every member of the family.

Beginning this week, throughout the remainder of December, the New Jersey State Museum will be hosting a number of winter break drop-in activities. These fun and free sessions invite families to come explore the museum, provide engaging hands-on crafts and activities, and offer young learners an accessible way to explore the many exciting topics covered throughout the museum.
