NJTL of Trenton, dedicated to empowering under-resourced youth through tennis, education, and mentoring, invites the community to its annual Capital Cup on Sunday, May 10, 2025, from 9 AM to 3 PM at Trenton Country Club. (Rain date: Sunday, May 18) This lively “Friendraiser” Drill & Play event offers an exciting day of tennis, camaraderie, and celebration in support of NJTLT’s mission.

Attendees will enjoy tennis drills led by local, favorite teaching pros, an NJTLT student tennis exhibition, a continental breakfast, a buffet lunch, and an Awards Ceremony. A special highlight of the day is the opportunity to meet and play alongside NJTLT students, experiencing firsthand the impact of NJTLT’s programs.

This year, NJTLT proudly honors Andrew Stoll, NJTLT’s Lead High Performance Coach, as the 2025 Capital Cup Honoree for his dedication to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game.

All are welcome! Whether you’re hitting the courts or joining us for the Awards Presentation and luncheon buffet, your participation helps support NJTLT’s mission. Sponsorship opportunities are also available and greatly appreciated.

For details on the schedule of events, sponsorship opportunities, or to register, visit: https://www.njtloftrenton.org/2025-capital-cup. The deadline for registration is May 1, 2025.

All proceeds will help NJTLT continue its mission of creating opportunities and providing academic programs and services to enhance the lives of under-resourced youth in Trenton and surrounding areas. NJTL’s flagship Cadwalader Park Junior Champions Tennis Center is one of more than 250 United States Tennis Association Foundation (USTA) national nonprofit youth development organizations. The Trenton chapter was twice named the USTA Chapter of the Year, and its original ACE (Academic Creative Engagement) program is a national model.
