On Sunday, December 29th, you and your crew are invited to raise a toast at Tavern Talks, a highlight of this year’s Patriots Week agenda. This engaging conversation will take place from 12pm to 2pm at 120 East State, located at 120 East State Street Trenton, NJ 08608. This afternoon will present an engaging conversation regarding the ideals and motivations behind the American Revolution, and allow attendees to put themselves in the place of our Colonial predecessors. Faced with which side to choose, guest will have the opportunity to speak to reenactors about problems still endured by communities today and fully immerse themselves in an old-fashioned “Tavern Talk” experience.

Please do note that the cost of admission does not include any alcohol, which will be available on-site as a separate purchase. Throughout the afternoon, guests are encouraged to engage with one another, with the reenactors, and with the many complex ideas which will be discussed throughout the day’s affairs. A curious and compelling way to explore the motives behind the American Revolution, one may walk away surprised with what side they ultimately choose!
