First impressions are everything. And when it comes to securing a new job or opportunity, your first impression could be the deciding factor between you and another candidate. When it comes to the job market, the first encounter we have with a potential employer is typically through our resume and an interview. Through these resources, employers are able to get a better idea of who we are, what we do, and if our skills are a fit for their team. In a job market that’s growing increasingly more competitive by the day, assuring that you stand out is one of the best tools you can equip when trying to make advancements in your career.
