The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ) announces it will host a webinar “DEI in the Private Sector – Key Developments for NJ Businesses,”featuring a panel discussion, on Monday, May 19th from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The presentation will be led by partners from the law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and will be moderated by John E. Harmon. Sr., IOM, AACCNJ, Founder, President & CEO, and will provide an update on the latest developments regarding workplace and supplier diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

“As a member of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce (USCC) at our March meeting, we attended a DEI presentation, led by Camille Olson from Seyfarth Shaw LLP, I asked my colleague Sara Armstrong, Vice President and Managing Director, Federation Relations and Coalition Partnerships, USCC, for the introduction, and she bought us together,” said John E. Harmon, Sr. “This speaks to the value of our partnership, and a heightened awareness of the need for credible sources of information for our members and businesses throughout the state of NJ,” said Harmon.
