Trenton Circus Squad has opened up registrations to start its winter programs. During three 12-week sessions, squad members, who must attend at least once a week, will learn about safety and circus arts skills. They will also create performance pieces and have access to homework assistance and college prep.
This program is for ages 12 through 18. Classes meet on Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Transportation to the program is available to members as well as a included communal dinner with the squad . Lastly, the sessions end with at least two public performances.
The second program being offered is the in-school and after-school workshops. For groups of 10 or more, Trenton Circus Squad conducts free in-school and after-school performances and workshops, including virtual workshops upon request. Equipment that each participant can use at home will be provided for just $5. This includes (3) juggling scarves, sculpting balloons, a balance stick, and a clown nose.
