A new full-service breakfast and brunch spot “Skil-Lit Cafe,” just landed at 113 S. Warren Street in Trenton thanks to owners Robert Wilborn and Deonna Maldonado.
If you’re looking for something more subtle, you can try two eggs with your choice of bacon or sausage and cheesy potatoes or with grilled peppers and onions, potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Beyond so many breakfast choices like grits and Cajun shrimp or fried fish and the much anticipated “Warren Street Omelette” featuring three eggs, grilled peppers, onions, and your choice of meat; Skil-Lit Cafe also boasts a variety of brunch options including fresh romaine lettuce topped with juicy chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and creamy Caesar dressing; fresh spinach greens topped with strawberries, avocado, chopped pecans, honey, and lemon juice; and grilled chicken breast, fresh romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and creamy Caesar dressing.
