Cafe 128: Giving A New Meaning To “Capitol Perk”

At 128 West State Street, conveniently across from the New Jersey State House, Cafe 128 is a great spot for workers to meet, locals to mingle, and passers-by to stop in for a nice, relaxing lunch break. In the cafe’s basement level interior, the staff are friendly and serve an assortment of breakfast and lunch foods, baked goods, fresh fruits, coffees, and other beverages.
