Next Thursday, February 11, 2021, the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, Inc. (AACCNJ) would like to invite the community to support their 2021 Black History Month Awards Gala.

This year’s Circle of Achievement Virtual Award Gala will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. General admission is $100 and $75 for members. Attire is black tie, business or vintage black glamour. Gala dinner to-go sponsorship packages will be available.

Each year during the month of February, the AACCNJ recognizes a distinguished group of African Americans that have attained a significant level of accomplishment in business, politics, education, sports and/or entertainment. This year’s Honorees are: Alison Banks-Moore, Chief Diversity Officer of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey; Ralph Albert Thomas, CPA (DC), CGMA, CEO & Executive Director of New Jersey CPA Society; Ralph Weaver, Founder & CEO of East West Connection; and Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Three Time Olympic Gold Medalist.

The AACCNJ made a commitment during this critical time to continue with their mission’s efforts to sustain as many Black businesses as possible through sharing resources, opportunities and information vital to the survival of these business owners and their communities. This annual Gala provides the platform, on behalf of AACCNJ members and the 80,000 black owned businesses in the state of NJ to continue to put a spotlight on AACCNJ members and businesses.

There are six different sponsorship opportunities ranging from a $2,000 patron sponsor to an exclusive $20,000 event title sponsor. Patron sponsors will receive a dinner for two, a full page ad in AACCNJ’s ad journal in addition to digital advertisements, logo visibility during the event and on social media, as well as company logo visibility on the AACCNJ website. Exclusive sponsors will have premium visibility as the official event sponsor. They will be given a three minute pre-recorded event title sponsor remarks video opportunity, five dinner packages or gift cards to AACCNJ sponsored restaurants and premium placement of a full page ad in the AACCNJ ad journal. In addition to the equal recognition of patron sponsors, exclusive event title sponsors will be listed in press releases and promotional material, be given a post-event interview to appear on the AACNJ website and have recognition on the AACCNJ’s weekly radio show leading up to the event.
