A new month is upon us, summer is coming, and it’s time to celebrate. After the success of May’s inaugural event, First Fridays returns to Downtown Trenton for this month’s installment of community fun.

On Friday, June 2nd, join members of the Trenton community for the second round of Trenton’s 2023 First Fridays. From 5 pm to 10 pm, the Capital City streets will be transformed into a vibrant party featuring vendors, DJs, performance artists, and more. Celebrations will occur between Front Street and Warren Street, conveniently located at the heart of Downtown Trenton. So if you’re finishing work and looking for a great way to kick off the weekend, First Fridays is the perfect place to start the festivities.

Delicious dining, one-of-a-kind shops, and show-stopping entertainment are just a few of the highlights you can look forward to at this year’s First Fridays. Whether you’re a parent of littles or a team of employees looking for the ultimate Friday night happy hour, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Speaking of little ones, First Fridays is a family-friendly event, so guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy in the Capital City. With many activities planned, especially with your little ones in mind, even the youngest Trentonian will have a blast.

June’s First Fridays event will feature several stellar performers, including jazz ensembles, recording artists, spoken word performers, DJs, and more. Featured artists include Kozzie Kelz, Jax the Genius, and Gifted Goddess. If you love the arts or can’t resist a live performance, First Fridays is guaranteed to put on a show. First Fridays transcend far more than block parties; they are critical in catalyzing the after-work environment, encouraging visitors near and far to come to Trenton, and platforming our city’s vast array of talented business owners, artists, and creatives.

Whether you’re a new artist looking to make a name for yourself or an entrepreneur getting your business off the ground, First Fridays is the perfect place to connect with a diverse audience of supporters. In addition, if you’re a business owner or other organization representative looking to participate in these events, vendor information can be found here: Vendor Details – TAACC.
