On Wednesday, August 23rd, the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative will be hosting an information session all about their innovative Homebuyers Assistance Program. The seminar will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Sam Naples Center in Chambersburg, located at 611 Chestnut Street, Trenton, NJ 08611. If you plan on attending, plenty of free parking will be available at Washington Elementary using the Division St. entrance. This information seminar is entirely free to attend, and food and refreshments will be provided. Advanced registration is not required in order to attend.

Over the course of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative and what sorts of resources are available for Trenton residents. This is a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of a myriad of perks and programs, including learning how to qualify for up to $20,000 in down payment assistance. In addition to these fantastic resources, this event will also offer prospective buyers the opportunity to connect with realtors and lenders. The evening’s events will get you prepared for every step of homeownership, from bidding to buying, with tips and tricks taught to you by some of the foremost housing and finance professionals in the region.
