I Am Trenton Community Foundation released a grant round specifically geared toward economic development projects within the Old Trenton Neighborhood (shown in the map below). The grant is being set up by Isles, Inc., a nonprofit that has worked to improve Old Trenton for over 30 years, with funds from the New Jersey Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program (NRTC).

See the website (www.IAMTrenton.org/oldtrenton) for specific details on how to apply. Grant applications are due by Noon on November 15, 2019. The last of the of MANDATORY Technical Assistance Workshops is this Wednesday evening (October 30, 2019).

At least five grants, specifically for existing or new businesses or activities to support the economic growth in the Old Trenton Neighborhood and its residents, will be awarded totaling $40,000. Potential grantees must attend a Mandatory Technical Assistance Workshop, the last of which is at the Trenton Public Library, 120 Academy Street in Trenton, NJ on October 30, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
