Whether you own a home, have a retirement account, or have other valuable assets tied to your name, you know how invaluable these resources can be. Whether you’re planning your retirement, assuring a safety net on a rainy day, or anything in between, making sure these assets are protected is the foremost priority. It is easy in our busy day-to-day lives to let protecting your assets fall by the wayside. However, to guarantee that these assets will be available for you and the next generation, these resources must be carefully stewarded to serve you and your family best. Thankfully, the Harkes Realty & Associates team is here to teach you how to maximize your assets and help assure your family’s prosperity.
On Thursday, April 27th, Harkes Realty & Associate will host a FREE seminar teaching families how to secure their hard-earned assets. The event will be held from 6-8 pm at the Hollowbrook Community Center, 320 Hollowbrook Dr, Ewing Township, NJ 08638. There is no price of admission, but attendees must register in advance. If you intend to attend, RSVP here: Register – Harkes Realty & Associates. By the seminar’s conclusion, attendees will be better prepared to protect assets, including a primary home, investment property portfolio, or bank accounts, and transform these assets into meaningful generational wealth.
Guests will have the chance to hear from Fareeda Stokes, broker and owner of Harkes Realty & Associates, alongside guest speakers Greg Johnson, Esq, real estate attorney, and Richard Ransom, CEO of Collegiate Title. Fareeda Stokes comes to the table with years of experience serving residents of Trenton and beyond. As a native Trentonian herself, Ms. Stokes is uniquely situated to understand the wants and needs of community members. In her 21 years of business, 60% of the homes she’s sold have been to or for Trenton residents. She is joined by Greg Johnson, Esq., who will teach attendees about the importance of wills, trusts, and POAs. Meanwhile, Richard Ransom will discuss deeds and how titles should be recorded to protect one’s assets.
In addition to its realty and investment services, Harkes Realty engages the community through meaningful events like the upcoming seminar. If you’d like to read more regarding how Harkes Realty & Associates continues to invest in our community, you can read more on their website here.
