Thomas Edison State University (TESU) has announced the launch of its latest academic offering, the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree program in Organizational Leadership, Culture and Change.
The new Ed.D. program enables students across a spectrum of executive, administrative and consultancy roles in industry, military, and higher education to acquire the knowledge, competencies, and skills necessary to advance in their careers and lead organizations. The degree’s areas of concentration include human resources management, organizational consulting, healthcare management, industrial and organizational psychology and research methods.
According to Michael Williams, Ph.D., dean of the School of Business and Management who leads the program, its curriculum design, concierge student service and real-time application in the workplace integrates theory and practice through adult-centered, career-oriented online learning. The degree’s innovative design and delivery establish a new standard for degree program benchmarks and program innovation, as well as professional and career advancement.

The Ed.D. joins the University’s Doctor of Business Administration and Doctor of Nursing Practice advanced degree programs.
