When it comes to impactful law enforcement activity, the greatest asset we have is a connected community. When we bring down the walls between citizens and law enforcement officers, we gain the opportunity to deepen our understanding of one another and work together to create a safer community for all. If you want to truly get to know someone, one of the best ways to facilitate that understanding is to walk a mile in their shoes. And at the Trenton Police Department’s Citizens Academy, residents of Trenton now have the opportunity to see what life is really like for our local law enforcement officials.

The Trenton Police Department recently announced that they are now taking applications for the 2024 TPD Citizen’s Academy.
