Nestled between Arm & Hammer Park (home of the Trenton Thunder) and the Department of Education buildings sits one of Trenton’s best kept secrets, Waterfront Park.

From the docks of Waterfront Park.

Waterfront Park enables those waiting to go the ball game, looking to fish on the Delaware, or looking to relax and enjoy the river the perfect opportunity to do so. The park features lots of open space behind the Department of Education buildings which make for a relaxing spot to grab lunch or to set up a wiffle ball game in the shadow of Arm & Hammer Park.

What makes the park unique however is the direct access it provides to the Delaware River. By offering a long dock that stretches from Arm & Hammer Park to the the Department of Education buildings, one can relax and work on their tan or catch a few fish while taking in the beautiful scenery of the river and Trenton Makes bridge.

Waterfront Park is accessible by walking behind the Department of Education buildings or follow the sidewalk back between the buildings and Arm & Hammer Park that will lead you right to the river.
