Many of us have felt inspired at one time or another from either reading a great novel detailing heroic feats, attending a powerful service, or even eating a delicious beef taco.

Weekdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. food lovers stop by 113 South Warren Street to become inspired by wraps, tacos, and bowls filled with chicken, beef, steak, or shrimp topped off with rice, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole straight from the heavens. The Bowl Inspired Grill opened a little over a year ago and has been inspiring patrons ever since.

“The Bowl”, as it is often called, offers residents and frequenters another healthy alternative to fast food with a menu of tacos, wraps, and bowls. They offer friendly and expedient service if you want to grab something to go, but they also provide patrons with a relaxed and jazzy décor.

Aykine Hicks opened the restaurant a little over a year ago after launching a successful restaurant in South Jersey. She was familiar with the Capital City for several years and wanted to capitalize on the opportunity she saw in the Downtown.

Sometimes we all need a little inspiration in our lives. You can find your source of inspiration in either shrimp tacos or a veggie wrap by visiting The Bowl Inspired Grill at 113 S Warren Street, Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
