Join BSB Gallery regulars and newbies at the first 2020 monthly meeting of artists, who get together to connect, network, and get out of their heads for a little while next Thursday, January 16th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. As they say, “It is a conversation, a support group, sometimes a counseling session, always a networking opportunity, an experimental lab for new ideas, and a place to learn and grow.”
The “rules” for the meetup are simple:
— come on time (5:30 p.m.) or preferably 10 minutes earlier
— bring 1 or 2 works of art (completed or Work-In-Progress)
— bring something small to contribute to a pot luck dinner, if you can
— enjoy yourself
In addition to a fun potluck dinner, you’ll get to discuss each other’s work, give constructive criticism, and get to know your colleagues a little better.
BSB Gallery explains, “We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit contemporary art space, located in downtown Trenton, established in early 2018. It is our mission to cultivate creativity and community by offering exhibition, education, and networking opportunities for artists and curators. We strive to strengthen the local community by making the arts accessible and welcoming for all of Trenton’s residents. This is achieved through art exhibitions, community events, and various workshops offered throughout the year.”
Continuing the revitalization of Downtown Trenton through art and culture, the BSB Gallery is made possible by The Trenton Downtown Association (TDA).
