On Saturday, September 14th at 6 p.m., a fundraising concert for the Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey will kick off at the Mill Hill home of Maestro Daniel Spalding and Gabriela Imreh, also known as the Labor Lyceum Theater located at 159 Mercer Street, Unit 6 in Trenton. To enter, use the gate on left side of the building and proceed through a second floor walk-up to the stage door.
This “Behind the Stage Door” event will feature performers Maja Rajković, pianist (guest artist for CPNJ October 19 opening concert) & Dennis Krasnokutsky, CPNJ Principal Violist.
The program will include a Schumann-Liszt: Dedication; Schubert-Rachmaninoff: Wohin; Franz Liszt: Love Dream; Frederic Chopin: Barcarolle; Alexander Scriabin: Nocturne for the Left Hand; Alexander Scriabin: Etude op.8 no.12 in d sharp minor; Tchaikovsky-Rachmaninoff: Lullaby; Rimsky-Korsakov-Rachmaninoff: Flight of the Bumble Bee; Sergei Rachmaninoff: Preludes op 23. No. 6, 7 & 2; J.S. Bach Loure from the Violin Partita No. 3; Franz Schubert Sonata for viola and piano, “Arpeggione”, 1st movement; and Sergei Rachmaninoff: Violoncello Sonata, Movement 3.
