With the winter season now in full swing, it is more important than ever to make sure you’re bundled up and staying protected from the winter’s harshest elements. For many students in the area, however, accessing a winter coat is not as simple as reaching into the back of their closet. While this may be a reality for families in our communities, with a simple donation, you can play a part in keeping the region’s youth safe and warm this winter. And a bonus? As a thank you for your generosity, you can receive a FREE kid’s ticket to the upcoming Hot Wheels Monster Trucks LIVE ‘Glow Party’!
From now through January 31st, the CURE Insurance Arena, alongside the NJEA, invite you to participate in their Kids Coat Drive. All coats collected will be donated for use in local area schools. Drop-offs for the coats will be held at the CURE Insurance Arena’s box office, located at 81 Hamilton Ave, Trenton, NJ 08611. Drop-off hours will be held Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm. Upon donation, guests are eligible to redeem up to 4 kid’s tickets per 1 adult ticket purchased. Please do note that in order to receive the free kid’s ticket, you must purchase at least one adult ticket in order to redeem the promotion. Tickets may be redeemed for Friday or Saturday night shows and will be available to guest while supplies last.
If you plan on donating, please bring either a new or gently used coat. As the jackets will be distributed to students throughout the area, stained or dirty coats are discouraged. When choosing which items to donate, please note that this is a coats-only drive and hats, gloves, scarves, or any other clothing items. Your generosity will help to keep the community’s youth warm and cozy all winter, making all the difference in braving even the harshest winter days.
The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks LIVE Glow Party is one of the most anticipated events of the upcoming season. The Glow Party features a laser light show, spectacular theatrical effects, dance parties, and Hot Wheels toy giveaways. With plenty of fun and surprises for guests of all ages, you won’t want to miss this roaring event!
