Attention all arts lovers! If you’re looking for a fun and free way to explore the creations of local artists without leaving the comfort of your home, the Art All Night virtual gallery has you covered with dozens of works of art to enjoy.
From Saturday, July 8th through Sunday, July 9th, Art All Night will be hosting a virtual gallery to show off this year’s submissions. While Art All Night is typically held in the Capital City, this year the event has gone virtual, meaning you can access the fun from anywhere in the world. The gallery will launch at 3pm on Saturday, and will be displayed through 3pm on Sunday. During the gallery display, viewers will have the opportunity to contact the artist directly to inquire about purchases. If you do decide to spring on a piece of art, 100% of the proceeds will be given directly to the artist.
While regretfully this year’s Art All Night was unable to proceed in person, the online gallery remains a fun and accessible way to still enjoy the creations that this year’s artists worked so hard to make. Art All Night invites artists from all backgrounds and skill levels to get creative and offers an opportunity for their work to be featured in a gallery. In the Art All Night gallery, you can find a child’s creation hung next to that of a professional artist, and that is the beauty of this unique event. The opportunity to come together as a community of creatives and show off your talents is an enriching experience for everyone from the artist to the viewer. You won’t want to miss this year’s incredible selections, so be sure to sign on to be a part of the fun!
If you’re looking to get in your in-person art fix, not to worry, because there’s plenty of fun upcoming for you as well. The next major in-person art event will be Art All Day, a spinoff to the beloved Art All Night event. Art All Day is Artwork’s open studio tour and creative showcase, described as “a unique opportunity to experience Trenton as a hub of art, creation, and innovation”. Art All Night is also slated for an in-person return next summer, so stay tuned for updates regarding next year’s celebrations. You can also get your art fix all year round by taking advantage of the incredible galleries, events, and workshops at Artworks. If you’d like to read more about arts events and how you can get involved with this incredible programming, please visit Artworks website here: Home – Artworks.
