Downtown streets will be closed to cars but open to the community during the first Trenton Ciclovia Open Streets Festival featuring a bicycle rodeo, pop-up skate park, circus fun, Zumba and food along Warren Street in downtown Trenton from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. today Saturday, September 21, 2019. The free event features a half mile of bike fun, activities, and food.
Also, River Fest is happening today. Presented by Case’s Pork Roll, the event will feature several new food and beverage selections in addition to the 2019 Eastern League Champion Thunder, presented by NJM Insurance, hosting World Champion competitive eater, Joey Chestnut, at ARM & HAMMER Park as he attempts to re-claim his title in the Case’s Pork Roll Eating Championship at River Fest. Happening today from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the event will include a variety of kid-friendly outdoor games, including inflatables and bounce houses, and tickets are just $5 and can be purchased at www.RiverfestNJ.com.
