HomeWorks Trenton a free, after-school program for the Trenton community at large, is still accepting student nominations for its prospective full-year program!

This cultivating after-school program has a deadline of June 12, 2020. Time is winding down as this program seeks to enroll female students who will be attending the 9th grade academy in the fall and are committed to growth and a desire to push themselves academically and socially.

As a free, community-based after-school program, scholars involved in this program gain the skills and civic engagement needed as young women. Starting from Sunday evenings to Friday mornings, these scholars call the HomeWorks house their home. Each day, they are transported to and from their public schools to participate and get involved in recreational activities around academics, life skills, civic engagement, and women empowerment.

HomeWorks Trenton holds the significant mission and purpose to provide academic and social-enrichment projects, activities that supplement public schools, and empower women, all while also building community leaders in the city of Trenton.
