Music has been at the core of the human experience for centuries. This beloved art form empowers us to tell our stories, share our cultures, and create something which will transcend the generations. When a live performance comes to town, it’s a chance for the community to unwind, come together, and enjoy some of their favorite tunes alongside friends and neighbors. These share experiences define us,  If you’re a lover of music and a resident of the Capital City, you’re in luck: live music is officially back and better than ever!

In an exciting win for arts and culture in the Capital City, the Levit Amp Concert is officially returning to the Capital City. This incredible initiative is sponsored by the African American Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with a number of community partners including the Trenton Downtown Association, the Mercer County Park Commission, and the City of Trenton. These fun and free events are a wonderful opportunity to spend some time with community, enjoy some sensational live music, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Capital City.

This year’s concert will be held on Saturdays from 3pm to 7pm at Mill Hill Park, located at East Front Street, S Broad St, Trenton, NJ 08608. The dates for this year’s concerts include:

  • September 30th
  • October 7th
  • October 14th
  • October 21st
  • October 28th

Since it first came to Trenton in 2015, the Levitt AMP Trenton Music Series has infused downtown Trenton with world-class music and stunning murals by local artists, inspiring residents of all ages and backgrounds to gather in Mill Hill Park to enjoy multilayered arts experiences in the heart of the historic capital city. These events help to drive traffic to many of our city’s bustling businesses, organizations, and dining establishments. The 2023 series continues to enhance the creative economy of our community, embracing its past while confidently marching forward towards a brighter future.
