Nyene Baker, the Founder and CEO of VPG, is an experienced motivational speaker who rebuilt his life after 11 years of incarceration. He will curate and deliver the seminars to provide a transformative experience over the course of 3 hours. Additionally, two people who have experienced the re-entry process and are now leading happy, successful lives, will support Mr. Baker throughout the seminars. The presenters, back office support, advisors, and network of affiliates bring a wealth of knowledge, motivation, and inspiration, to create an atmosphere of encouragement and personal growth.

The intimate setting of each seminar, with an ideal target audience of 15 participants ensures personalized attention and a supportive environment for open dialogue. These sessions will cover a range of topics, including self-discovery, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and building a positive mindset. Led by Nyene Baker, whose journey from law breaker to community leader, serves as a testament to the power of second chances, our seminars are carefully curated to address the multifaceted needs of returning citizens. Each 3 hour session, held 10 times provides a safe space for participants to share their stories, navigate re-entry challenges, and master their mindsets for personal growth.
