From expansive big data services to prominent tenants and partnerships, Maestro Technologies is making good on its promise to serve as a beacon of tech in Downtown Trenton.
“We’re transforming our headquarters here at One West State Street to ensure that it’s modern and fully updated,” said Kamal Bathla, Managing Director at Maestro Technologies. “This includes new energy efficient led lights and a soon-to-be-upgraded HVAC system.”
Cerberus, a trusted partner to many of the world’s most respected investors in credit, private equity, and real estate, will soon move its DevOps team to Maestro’s One West State Street headquarters. As part of the arrangement, the dedicated Cerberus team will work as outsourced Maestro employees to provide mission critical data management support to its portfolio companies.
Last year, Trenton Health Team (THT), a community health care collaborative, moved its office location to One West State Street.
Formerly the location of Mechanics National Bank and, prior to that, City Tavern, One West State Street is a famous “Corner Historic” where the New Jersey delegation ratified the U.S. Constitution in 1787 and hosted George Washington and his family when he was inaugurated as the first President of the United States.
Other Maestro tenants include New Jersey Innovation Institute, a New Jersey Institute of Technology company focused on helping private enterprise discover what’s possible and Medina Community Clinic, which aims to provide underserved communities with quality specialty health services by offering a platform for healthcare providers to serve uninsured populations.
Maestro continues to work with Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning on numerous education and research initiatives including the development of socially relevant research at its Trenton headquarters.
“We see Trenton as one of the best cities in New Jersey, particularly due to its rich resources, access to great skills, and close proximity to many great colleges and universities,” said Bathla. “Every city has its challenges, but Trenton has great people, initiatives and assets that continue to expand its rise as a premier business destination.”
