All are invited to come to Trenton City Hall today, June 19th, from noon to 2 p.m. for a celebration of Juneteenth. Juneteenth is a festival held annually on the nineteenth of June to commemorate emancipation from slavery that was first announced in Texas on that day in 1865.
This free event will feature live music, dancing, and a cookout. All are invited to join in this festival and learn about the history of this holiday.
