Get ready to celebrate, because the Trenton Museum Society is officially turning 50!
On Thursday, October 19th, friends and supporters of the Trenton Museum Society are invited to the Trenton Country Club for the TMS’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. For half a century, the Trenton Museum Society has been enriching our community with art, cultural, and community. Now, after 50 years in the city, this celebration is an opportunity to look back and reflect on the incredible journey that has led to this moment.
The festivities will kick off at 6:30pm at the Trenton Country Club, located at 201 Sullivan Way, West Trenton, NJ 08628. Over the course of this delightful evening, guests will have the opportunity to indulged in deletable small plates, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert, as well as an open bar featuring the Trenton Museum Society’s signature cocktail. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring artwork from iconic Trenton artists and more. The soundtrack for the evening will be provided by by the Alex Otey Trio.
This event will be honoring individuals past and present who have made countless contributions to the legacy of the Trenton Museum Society. Namely, the evening’s celebrations will honor the founding members who began the journey of the Trenton Museum Society all those years ago. Through the work of these visionaries, Trenton now has access to an unparalleled collection of our community’s art and history. No doubt a tremendous resource for all Trentonians, we owe a debt of gratitude to those who began this important work.
