The Trenton Public Schools and the City of Trenton will host a parent conference focusing on making healthy choices to improve student attendance as part of their All Kids Thrive grant.
The conference entitled, “Everyday Matters, Spring into Health Parent Conference” will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the MLK Elementary School (401 Brunswick Ave., Trenton, NJ).
The conference will also feature Dr. Joseph Youngblood as the keynote speaker.

All Kids Thrive is a new initiative from the Princeton Area Community Foundation awarding a total of $3 million in grants to 10 nonprofit and school partnerships collaborating to reduce chronic absenteeism in Mercer County. Each partnership was awarded a $300,000 All Kids Thrive grant that will be paid out over five years.
