The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market (TPRFM) takes place several times a year at the historic Roebling Wire Works and the historic Trenton War Memorial (1 Memorial Drive) in downtown Trenton. Named “One of the Best Flea Markets in America” by the Huffington Post, the TPRFM calls itself “a cultural festival which features a carefully curated collection of more than 260+ unique vendors hailing from more than 25+ states (and Canada) that sell everything from Vintage Clothing & Toys, Original Artwork, Vinyl & Cassettes, Oddities & Taxidermy, Handmade Jewelry, Unique Collectibles, Horror Memorabilia, Interesting Curiosities, Antiques & Collectibles, Comics, Original Artwork, Cosplay Contests & more.”

Another Happy ‘Vinyl’ Customer

“Our team embraces a life-long love of punk rock and hardcore, DIY ethics, the arts, tattoos, copious amounts of coffee, the occasional Gin and Tonic, and a well-timed beer,” TPRFM further explains. “The mission of founder Joseph Kuzemka was to create an experience in his hometown that is unlike any other, bringing together vendors that touch upon the aforementioned themes while adding the component of gourmet food truck cuisine in a safe, family-friendly shopping environment.”

With over 260 vendors selling wares of just about every description, it is difficult to give each one its due in this short space, but here are two that caught my eye, as recently seen on TPRFM’S website and/or its FB page:

“The pin and patch game is one of the toughest in the scene with a ton of amazing artists out there doing their thing and we here at the TPRFM consider ourselves extremely lucky to work with some of the best in the industry. But few have been with us as long as the New Jersey-based Husband and Wife Punk Pin & Patch Powerhouse known as ‘BxE Buttons X Staciamade’! These Pirates of PINzance will be hawking all kinds of pop culture-inspired gear representing including plenty of enamel pins and patches, t-shirts, socks, stickers, buttons and more!”

A TPRFM Day at the Roebling Wire Works Last Year

“One of our longest tenured and most futuristic vendors in the game is 3D Printing by Muckychris. Hailing from the great state of New Jersey, this 3D Printing prophet will be fully stacked with miniature statues including his super popular Buddha mashups such as Baby Yoda, The Golden Girls on Mount Rushmore, Eddie from Iron Maiden and more, as well as 3D printed keychains, pins, light switch covers and more!” Like many, many food trucks.
