The dog-days of summer may be winding down, but the work of the Times-Kiwanis Summer Camp Fund continues. On Thursday, September 16, 2021 the Kiwanis Club of Trenton will host a wine tasting fund raiser for the Camp Fund at Old York Cellars Winery in Ringoes, New Jersey, to benefit Trenton campers during the summer of 2022. Founded in 1918, Trenton Kiwanis has a long history of support for children’s programs. Since 1955, the Times Kiwanis Camp Fund has awarded over $2 million, which has been used to send thousands of Trenton children to summer camp experiences. The funds are raised through individual donations as well as corporate sponsorships. The winery event will help support program grants for the summer of 2022.
