Switlik is seeking individuals for the following full-time positions: Factory Assemblers, Factory workers, Factory Shipping operators, Sewing Operators, Quality Control inspectors.

Assembler – NJ1457956 – Read and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures. Assemble products or the different parts of products. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Replenish materials and make sure that production parts, tools, and documentation are properly stored and maintained.

Sewing machine operator- NJ1457961 – Previous factory or production paced experience required. Set up and operate various types/models of sewing machines to sew or repair products or assemblies. Replenish materials and keep area orderly.

Quality Control Inspector- NJ1457960 – Able to operate basic inspection instruments (rulers, calibers, micrometers, pressure gauges, etc.). Test and/or visually inspect rafts or other products

Shipping operator- NJ1457957– Performs shipping tasks, including lifting and placing product on truck, pallets, or in boxes. Load/Unload the boxes onto the truck either with a forklift, pallet jack or manually. Assemble, address, and stamp.
